BANKS AND MERCHANTS' RESIDENCES RAIDED. Received September 26, 9.28 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Sept. 26. The Russian revolutionaries continue to raid banks and sioh merchants' residences. They have lately secured £40,000.
