During tbe search of a house in Tiflis an infernal machine exploded, killing three polioe offibals. During the progress of a riot at Malmyth peasants killed the commissioner and seven police. While General Sallogub, Governor of Warsaw, was walking in the streets with Prince Kropotkin, a bomb wm thrown fiom a window, and fell within ten paces of him. The windows in tbe vicinity were shattered, but no one was injured. Tbe man who threw the bomb escaped. BOMB FACIORY DISCOVERED. CAPTURE OF A STEAMER. % Received September 25, 8,56 a.m. STOCKHOLM, September 24. The chief of the Finish Revolutionary Red Guard and two other leaders have been arrested in a house in Stockholm, where a bomb factory was discovered. Important doouments were seized. Tbe Cossacks retaliated by killing tbe Japanese orew and burning the vessel. 1
