REVOLUTIONARIES ENRAGED. MANIFESIO AGAINaT THE auxoop.aoy. ST. PETERSBURG, Sept. 21. The execution ofjthe girl Kauopli Anniko, who shot General Minn in the railway station at Peterhof, and whose sufferings on the scaffold were prolonged owing to the incompetence of the executioner, has enraged the revolutionaries. The latter are circulating broadcast a manifesto vowing to remove one after another "all tbe props of the cowardly, murderous autocracy." Thej especially denounce the Czar's dinging to power and refusing his subjects the smallest share.

PETERS tSU KG, Sept. 21. Yieldiug to pressure, M. Stolypiu, the Premiet, promised that there should be no more Jewish massacres, and ordered the Jewish prisoners at Siedloetohave a civil trial. Reuter'a St. Petersburg correspondent reports that in consequence of the recently discovered plot against the Czar's life searobligbts are constantly employed nightly on both the sea and land sides pf Peterhof Palace.

Many arrests have been made in St. Petersburg in connection with the plot, whioh was a deep laid one, ooncocted in the Palace itself by the Terrorists.

The only detail that has been published regarding the plot iB that a motor oar waß seized, the occupants of whioh were found to be armed. TERRORISTS SENTENCE THE OZAR TO DEATH. Received September 23, 4.26 p.m. LONDON, September 22. The St. Petersburg correspondent of the Dally Express states that the Terrorists have sentenced the Uzar to death, and have sent their most desperate agents to Finland. It is stated that the Terrorists sre determined to destroy the whole of the Russian dynasty.
