The execution ofjthe girl Kauopli Anniko, who shot General Minn in the railway station at Peterhof, and whose sufferings on the scaffold were prolonged owing to the incompetence of the executioner, has enraged the revolutionaries. The latter are circulating broadcast a manifesto vowing to remove one after another "all tbe props of the cowardly, murderous autocracy." Thej especially denounce the Czar's dinging to power and refusing his subjects the smallest share.

Received September 23, 4.26 p.m. LONDON, September 22. The St. Petersburg correspondent of the Dally Express states that the Terrorists have sentenced the Uzar to death, and have sent their most desperate agents to Finland. It is stated that the Terrorists sre determined to destroy the whole of the Russian dynasty.
