It is just about four years since Mr T. Shields, tailor, opened his branch in Masterton. During tnat period the business has been under too capable management of Mr J. Harris, and it is to his credit that it has made such pronounced progress. The firm also make a specialty of riding breeches, which they make at reasonable prices. Patrons are guaranteed satisfaction, and all work is executed promptly.
