TAILORING UP-TO-DATE.
It is just about four years since Mr T. Shields, tailor, opened his branch in Masterton. During tnat period the business has been under too capable management of Mr J. Harris, and it is to his credit that it has made such pronounced progress. In view of tho spring and summer seasons Mr Shields has imported a very large consignment of the latest and most fashionable goods, and these are now on view at hie establishment in Queen Street. In another column it is annouuced that this season the popular shades in twoeds will be green and brown, and ia view ot this the stock was BD6oially selected to Buit the require ments of the trade. The stock includes the latest in Irish, Scotch and English tweeds, as well as e large assortment of fancy vestings. The firm also make a specialty of riding breeches, which they make at reasonable prices. Patrons are guaranteed satisfaction, and all work is executed promptly.
