PRECAUTIONS AGAINST ANARCHISTS. Received September 17, 8.30 a.m. PARIS, September 16. Extraordinary precautions are being taken to protect ivl. Fallieres, the President, who is now on a visit to the Marseilles Colonial Ex hibition. The bouses alung the route of the procession were searched for bombs, and six anarchists were arrested.
