BRITAIN AND GERMANY.
NAVAL SUPREMACY. Reoeived September 17, 8.45 a.m. BERLIN, September 16. The newspaper Hamburger Naohriohten, commenting on the British boasts of naval supremacy, deelareo that Germany's new ships will greatly excel the Dreadnoughts in offensive power. Other newspapers jubilantly state that Germany in 1908 will be as strong, and perhaps stronger, than Britain.
