Received Soptember 14, 7.40 a.m. PARIS, September lb. Madame Humbert, the promoter of what has been described as "the boldest swindle of the century,", and Frederic Humbert, who were sentenced in 1903 to five years' solitary confinement, are to be released tomorrow.
