NEW ZEALAND CHAMPIONSHIP. By Telegraph—Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, September 13. The semifinals of the New Zealand Golf Championship were played, today, at tbo Shirley Links. S. H. Gollan, of Napier, defeated K. Tareha, also of Napier, by 2 up and 1 to play. W. T. D. Harman, of Christohurob, defeated J. 0. Bidwill, of Wairarapa, by 2 up and 1 to play, after a very evenly flayed game. To-morrow Harman and Gollan will play off for Hie ohampionabip over a 36 hole course.
