NEW ZEALAND CHAMPIONSHIP MEETING. By Telegraph—Press Association. CHEISTCHUKCH September 12. The weathei for the New Zealand Golf Championship Meeting seems to be improving as the meeting progresses, for it was beautifully fine and calm out at the Shirley Links to-day. During the day the fourth round of the New Zealand Championship was played, the results being as follows: J. C. Bidwill, Wairarapa, beat H. Kawhai, Napier—l up. W. T. D. Barman, Christohurob, beat A. F. Roberts, Dunedin—2 up aad 1 to play. S. H. Gollan, Napier, beat E. P. Pearoe, Wellington—7 up and sto play. Knrepo Tareha, Napier, beat C. Turnbull, Dunedin— & up and 3 to play. Tha semi-final will be played to-day. Play for the Canterbury Golf Championship concluded to-day. S. H. Gollan won the championship, with a gross aggregate score of 160. H. Kawhai, P. Roberts and J. Harrold tied for second place with 164 each, and they will play off on Friday.
