WELLINGTON v. HAWKE'S BAY. By Telegraph—Press Association. NAPIER, September 21. The interprovinoial football matsh, Wellington v. Hawke's Bay, was played on the Recreation Ground to-day. Heavy rain fell throughout the afternoon. The ground was slippery and the ball very greasy, but nevertheless a good game resulted. Wellington won by 23 points to 3. The visitors showed muob better combination than the local *team.®g
