TRADE DISPUTES BILL.
Reoeived September 7, 8.30 a.m. LuNDON, September 6. Lord Lindley, in a letter to the press, says the Trades Disputes Bill contains demands so unjust and unreasonable that it is hardly credible that the House of Commons will pass it.
