GOLD STEALING AT KAL-
GOORLIE.
STARTLING REVELATIONS
Received September 6, 10.30 a.m. PERTH, September 6. Hugh Maokay. a well-known jeweller at Boulder, has been arrested on a charge of furnishing false returns in connection with a gold-selling transaction. Both Moore, who was sentenced yesterday to six months' imprisonment, and Maokay were prominent witnesses before the Gold stealing Commission. Other seneational developments are expeoted next week. It is probable that proceedings will be instituted against a local bank.
