EARTHQUAKE IN CHILI.
RECONSTRUCTION OF VALPARAISO. WORK ESTIMATED TO TAKE FIVE YEARS. Received August 27, 8.35 a.m. VALPARAISO, August 26. It is estimated that tbe reconstruction of the City of Valparaiso, which was practically destroyed by earthquake and fires, will take five years. JTde Chilian Government has notified that her national resouroes will be sufficient to deal with the oalamity without foreign subscriptions. THE DEATH ROLL.
