Wood and Sons v. James Osborne, claim £5 12s 6r], coats £1 7s 6d; W.F.C.A. v. William Fox, claim £8 12a 7J, costs £1 3a 6d. Judgment Summons.—lsaiah David Davis v. Joseph Harrop, claim £3 lis 41. There waa no appearance of defendant, who was ordered to pay forthwith, in default seven days' imprisonment. The order was suspended for one month. Defended Case. -Thos. Joseph Dwyer and Margaret Dwyer v. Arthur Rigby Bunny, olaim for the recovery of a deed of settlement and £SO damages. Mr C. A. Pownall appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr B. J. Dolan for the defendant. After hearing considerable evidence, his Worship adiourned the case until Monday, when legal argument will be heard. Adam Armstrong sued Levin and Co. for theisum of £7 6s sd, balance due on tbe sale of 331. wethers, at 17s 9d per head. Judgment was given for defendant with costs. Mr C. A. Pownall appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr B. J. Dolao for the defendant. In connection with the oase J. S. Donaldson v. J. W. Bridge and H. E. Andrews, in which judgment had been given for the defendants, Mr D. K. Logan asked that in the event of an appeal the costs of such appeal be fixed. His Worship fixed the costs at £lO 10s.
