WILD EXCITEMENT PEE VAILING.
Reoeived August 22, 9 a.m. NEW YORK, August 2L There have been several days of wild excitement on the Wall Street Exchange, owing to the unexpected dividends paid by the Union Paoiflc t»nd Southern Paoiflc Companies. Operators, 'who possessed inside knowledge, netted three million sterling. Shares have risen thirteen points. Some London operators also made large fortunes.
