RESIGNATION OF NAVAL OFFICERS.
Received August 22, 7.36 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, August 21. Thirty-seven naval officers at Kronstadt have resigned, being indignant at the lenient sentences passed on the mutineers.
COMMANDER OF A REGIMENT KILLED.
THE ASSASSINS UNKNOWN.
Received August 22, 10.11 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, August 22. The Commander of the Borisaov Regiment at Samaria has been killed at his residenoe. Methylated spirits was poured on the body and then set alight. The assailants are unknown.
