ENGLISH MINERS' UNION.
Received August 22, 8.55 a.m. LONDON, August 21. Tbe Miners' Union discussed the question of a combinaton of all the labour groups. The majority of the delegates duoided that their representatives in the House of Commons should not join with Mr Keir-Har-die's party.
