REVOLT SPREADING
Received August 21, 9 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, August 20. The present revolt is spreading in the Crimea Seventeen estates were sacked in Taurida in ten days. Dragoons were engaged to disperse a meeting of miners at Usovka, in EkatorinoaLw. Shots were fired from the back of the crowd, whereupon the Dragoons fired five volleys, killing and wounding many of the miners.
A MILLIONAIRE AND HIS WIFE BEATEN TO DEATH.
Received August 21, 10.45 p.m. ST, PETERSBURG, August 21. M. Niebuhr, a millionaire, and his wife were robbed and beaten to death in the German colony of Cnoliza, in Ekaterinoalav, Southern Russia.
SOLDIERS AND CIVILIANS SHOT.
Received August 21, 10.47 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, August 21. Seven soldiers and three civilians have been shot at Kronstadt in pursuance of the sentence over the mutiny at Fort Constantino.
THE GOVERNOR OF WARSAW.
Received August 21, 10.47 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, August 21. The Governor of Warsaw, who was injured by bombs thrown at his carriage, is worse, He is now threatened with paralysis. Twentyeight arrests have been made.
