A BY-ELECTION
v Received August 1, 9.45 a.m. London, August 15. The Denbigh by-eleotion oaufied by thfe appointment of Mr S. Moss, the sitting member, to a judgeship, has resulted in the return of Mr Hemmerde, a Literal, by a large majority. (Mr Moss, Liberal, was returned unopposed at the general election).
