ANTI-GREEK EXCESSES.
Received August 16, 7.37 a.m. ATHENS, August 18. At a mass meeting held at Athens it was decided to protest against the ant;i Greek excesses in Roumelia. The theatres and other daces of amusement have been closed.

CAUSE OP THE OUTBREAK. AT ANOHIALOS.
Reoeived August 16, 9.3 C p.m. ATHENS, August 16. Greeoe complains that Bulgaria ignored a timely warning of the recent outbreaks. Advices from Sofia state that the outbreak at Ancbialos was due to the Greeks forcibly trying to disperse a meeting of Bulgarian peasants. Rigorous measures are being taken to prevent fresh trouble.
