GERMAN TRADERS EXPELLED.
Received August 15, 8.32 a.m. PARIS, August 14. German settlers in Upper Gaboon (an inlet on the west coast of Africa), with native assistance, attacked the French concessionaire. Thereupon the Governor, with tbe help of t<be military, expelled numerous German traders from Fienoh territory.
