ALLEGATIONS AGAINST GERMAN SOLDIERS.
BERLIN, August 10.
The Rheinsche Zeitung has published a letter from a soldier in South-West Africa stating that! a scouting expedition captured five women. It was impossible to shoot them, lest the noise should alarm the natives in the vicinity, and the women were bayonetted by the officers' orders.
