THE BATTLESHIP MONTAGUE.
EFFORTS TO REFLOAT HER ABANDONED. Received August 6, 10.38 p.m. LONDON, August 6. The Admiralty has finally abandoned tbe efforts to refloat the stranded battleship Montague. The heavy seas have seriously weakened tbe hull and rendered it unfit for future service.
