Received August 3, 10 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, August 3. The cause of the outbreak at Kronstadt is admitted to be entirely political. HOISTING THE RED FLAG. Received August 3, 10.50 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, August 3. The crew of the cruisor Asin, at Abo, Lave hoisted the red flag, and started for Helsingfors. MUTINY ON ANOTHER WARSHIP. CAPTAIN AND FOUR OFFICERS KILLED. Reoeived Aagust 3, 10 49 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, August 3. The crew of the cruiser Pamyata zova mutinied nearßeval, and killed the captain and four officers. MUTINEERS OVERPOWERED. Reoeived August 4, 12.8 a.ra. ST. PETERSBURG, August 3. The loyal section of the crew of the Pamyatazova gained the upper hand of the mutineers on board, and delivered 150 of them to the authorities.
