ANNUAL BEPOBT.
The following is the report of the directors to be presented to the annual meeting of the Company, on Monday, August 6tb: "We are again able to congratulate yo'< on the result of trie past season's operations. Tho amount of milk received was 3.261,31 Olhg, an increase on last year's supply <»f 68,6551n5. The butter-fat amounted to 128,2221 hs, the milk showing on average test nf 393 per cent. The cheese made was 324,4261ts (nearly 145 tons), and each pound of butter-fat averaged '2,531ba of cheese. The cheese maintained is high standard of excellence throughout the seKßcn, and top prices were obtained on the London market, and in the colony, enabling us to pay the suppliers one shilling per pound of butter-fat value for their milk, and to the Shareholders at the rate of 6 per cent., on the paid-up .capital, and writing off the plant and buildings 5 per cent, for depreciation. Two directors,. Messrs M. O'tteiJly and G. E. Thomas, retire by rotation and are eligible for re-election. You will also be called upon to elect an Auditor."
