% RULING OP THE DISTRICT COURT. Reoeived July 30, 8.35 a.m. NEW YORK, July 29. The Distriot Court has ruled that Dowie, the Belf-styled "Modern Elijah," is not entitled to be reinstated in possession of Zion City, and its property, valued at 10,000,000"dollars, his holding of it having been fiduciary.
