Received July 29, 4.31 p.m. LONDON, July 28. Iu the House of Commons, Mr Robertson, Seorotary to the Admiralty, explained that tin Government naval prugramme uroposals provided for tho construction of three more Dreadnoughts, two ocean going torpedo boat destroyers, twelve coastal iestroyers and eight submarine boats, thus saving £2,500,000.
