HOLDS ITB GROUND. THIS IS TESTIMONY PROM ' EVERYWHERE AS WELL AS MASTERTON. Can this be so ? Is is true ? These are he questions which every man and woman suffering the tortures of backache in Masterton asks as they read the published accounts in newspapers about medicines which claim to cure it. Whatever th conclusion arrived at they can't flinch from or disprove the following, for it took place in Masterton, and the experience is that of a citizen. Mr Edwin Street, Hall Street, this town, says: —Having been a sufferer from kidney troubles for some years, I used Doan's Backache Kidney Pills for this ailment, and from my experience I can give this remedy great praise. lam not a good one at taking medicine, and I do not. take it as it should be taken, but in spite of that the pills did me a lot of good. After I had used them I felt much betier ; a pain in the back which used to torture me a great deal was very much relieved, and my secretion were regulated. They are real good pills, and I am very glad to speak these few words, as I consider that such a remedy cannot bo too well known, so that stailerers may take advantage of it. I got the pills from Mr H. E. Eton, the chemist, Queen Street. Take no substitute. It was Doan's Backache Kidney Pills which Mr btreefc used, and you want the same remedy. Doan's Backache Kidney Pills are sold by all chemists and storekeepers at 3s per box boxes 16s 6d, or will be posted on receipt of price by Foster-McClellan Co., 76 Pitt Street, Sydney, N.S.W. Be sure they are Doan's.

Mr Thrifty: " How can we have this dull room with this torn paper look nice without spending too much money upon it?" Mrs Thrifty: " I don't think we could do better than to get Eobt. J. Lyttle to do Mr Thrifty: " Good idea 1 I will look nto his shop on my way to the office.
