BAZAAR AND EXHIBITION.

A meeting of the General Committee of the Bazaar and Exhibition was held, last evening, when .some important business was transacted.

The sub-committees reported that satisfactory progress was being made.

It was deuided to write asking the Masterton Orchestral Society to assist by providing an orchestra for the fancy danoing. and a musical programme.

It was reported that Mrs Irene Connop had made a satisfactory start in connection wita the dancing, and regular practices were .being held in the Drill Hall. A large number of youog ladies are still required for dances,''and thß hope was expressed that they will come forward and assist. Tt was deoided that the ordinary committee meetings be held on Thursday evenings in future, in order to suit the convenience of members.
