MONTGOMERY'S ENTERTAINERS.
To-morrow evening Montgomery's Entertainers will re visit Masterton with everything entirely new Of a reoent performance the Taranaki Herald says:—"The name of Montgomery, as an entertainer, has so long been associated with excellence and success that it was only to be expected that a large audienoe, should attend the Theatre Koyal on Monday. Nor were patrocs in any way disappointed. In fact the entertainment right through was full of enjoyment and th« items of great interest. The moving-picture machine used is one of the best, while the films were, perhaps, the finest yet exhibited in the town. The films showing the disaster through earthquake and Are at San Francisco were easily the best, and depicted the city before being devastated and after. These pictures gave a most graphic idea of the huge proportions of the awful catastrophe; the folk hurrying through the street?, the monstrous structures crashing down after being devastated by fire, the awed groups standing at the corners, and the refugees' life in the parks. Every item of the programme bristled with interest, humour, or pathos. Tho musical part of the entertainment was good." Mr \V. 11. Montgomery, a brother of the proprietor of tha company, will make his first appearance here. He oomes fifcsb fiora the English theatres, and is ronuted to be a baritone of fine quality. Seats may be reserved at Miss Rivo's.
