EXTRA INSURANCE RATES. „ Received July 20, 8.30 a.m. LONDON, July 19. The underwriters consider that the abip Kodenbek, bound for Sydney from Liverpool, and on which 95 guineas was paid the other day for re-insuranoe, is hopelessly overdue. Extra rates have been paid on the following Australian wheat-laden ahipa:—Ferdinand Fiaber, bound from Geelong to Qneenstown; Clara, from Melbourne to London; Columbia, from Wallaroo to Falmouth. The two flrst-named are I<s£ days and the Columbia 172 days out,
