TROUBLE THREATENED IN UGANDA. PREPARING TO REVOLT AGAINST THE BRITISH, Received July 18, 8.7 a.m. LONDON, JuKy 17. The expedition in charge of the Duke of. Abruzzi,' who succeeded the other day in asceudinrg Mount Rnwenzori, in Central Africa, reports that serious trouble is probable amongst the Uganda natives, who are practising ihe use of firearms and preparing to revolt against the British.
