GERMAN GIPSIES.
ON THE MARCH TO LONDON. Received July 18, 9.30 a.m. LONDON, July 17. Eight hundred German gipsies from the north of England have left Hull tu march to London to interview the Home Secretary. They desire assistance in returning to Germany.
