CAPTAIN DREYFUS.

Received July 13, 9.23 p m. PARIS, July 13. The Court of Caseation has deoided that Captain Dreyfus is innocent, and has quashed the judgment of the Rennes Court as erroneous and unjustified. It has decided that no fresh trial is necessary. The Government intends to promote Captain Dreyfus to Major Chevalier, and decorate him with the Legion of Honour. Colonel Pioquart is to be promoted to BrigadierGeneial.
