THE NATIVE DISTURBANCE. Received July 13, 9.40 p.m. PIETERMARITZBURG, July 13. The chiefs Messini and Ndhlovukstimuni and eight indunas have surrendered. Sir Henry MacOallum, Governor of Natal, has informed Mr Winston Churchill that resistance is praotioally over, and that most of the •rebels have become cowed and are hiding.
