THE BUTTER COMMITTEE.
SOME OP THE RECOMMENDATIONS.
Received July 11, 9.32 p.m. LONDON, July 11. The Butter Committee have presented their report, which will be issued shortly. It is understood that the recommendations limit moisture to sixteen per cent; insist on the registration and inspection of factories; and prohibit the addition of vegetable fat. The Committee's report does not interfere with milk blended butter, bnt they suggest that it should be sold under a special name. ,
