TRIAL OF NAVAL OFFICERS. ADMIRAL ROZHDESTVENSKY ACQUITTED. Received July 11, 9.2 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, July 10. The Court-martial acquitted Admriral Pozhdestvensky, but found four officers guilty, w'th premeditation, in surrendering the destroyer Bildovy, and sentenced them to death. They were reoommended to the Czar's mercy because of extenuating circumstances, viith a request that the sentence be commuted to dismissal from the service. (A cablegram recently stated trmt Admiral iiozhdestveusky and the officers of the destroyer Bildovy, who surrendered to the Japanese after the destruction of the flagship, Kniaz Suvaroff, in May, 1905, were being tried by court martial. The Naval Prosecutor declared that the surrender of the destroyer was a disgrace unparalleled in the history of Russia. He stigmatised the accused as traitors, and demanded the death penalty). A MUTINY. Received July 11, 9.2 a.m. ST. PETERSBT7RG, July 10. The Seventh Kasarva Cavalry,mutinied at Tamboff, and barricaded the barracks. An officer pnd a trooper were killed. A regiment has been sent to suppress the trouble. THE DUMA. Received July 11, 9.51 p.m. ST. PErERSBURG, July 11. The Duma's Labour group declare that they possess absolute proof that orders were sent from St. Petersburg to the police government of Sataroff to fire upon any gatheringa addressed by deputies. When tbe Duma the Deputies were to be specially singled out and shot. Afterwards it would be alleged that they were accidentally shot.
