Received July 10, 9.45 p.m. PARIS, July 10. General Goree, reaentiniz Colonel Picquart's accusation of lying in connection with Captain Dreyfus' case, challenged Colonel Picquart to a duel. General Gorse fired, but missed Colonel Picquart, who did riot return his opponent's fire.
