A LIBEL CASE.
CAIRO, July C. , The Rev. Edgar Stannard,. a British 'missionary in the Congo Free State, was charged with libeling Commandant Hagstrom, a Swede in the Congo police, in the oourse of evidence given before the Congo Commission during the reoent enquiry. The case resujted in the defendant being fined 1000 franos.
