PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a Local Bill promoted by The Masterton Trust Landß Trustee 0 , and, having the above short title, will be introduced into Parliament at the coming session. The objeots whioh the Bill is intended to effect are: To amend " The Masterton Trust Lands Trust Empowering Aot, 1905," by repealing Section 2, paragraph (ii) of sub-paragraph (b) of Section 9, and .sub-paragraph (b) of Section 15, and authorising the Trustees to borrow ten thousand pounds for building, and to raise a loan to pay oft the existing loan or renew or re-issue any existing debentures or any of them without complying with the provisions of Sections 9 to 14 of " The Masterton Trust Lands Trust Empowering Aot, 1905." A copy of this Bill has been deposited at the Stipendiary Magistrate's Courthouse at Masterton, and is there open for publio inspection. Dated this 14th day of June, 1906. A.
