VIEWS ON THE BRITISH WORKMEN. , LONDON, June 22. The German trade unions delegates, after a tour through Britain, report that wages are lower tnan in Germany. , They prefer German measures for the safety and wellbeing of workers. The delegates add that the head workmen in Britain are paid higher wages at the expense of the majority of emDloyeea.
