LONDON, Jane 22. Messrs Lovell and Christmas, a large firm of batter importers in London, Have agreed to the amalgamation with the Wall Company of Liverpool and Manchester. The capital of the combined company will be £1,000,000. The company will issue £40,000 worth of new ordinary! shares,.; atfd £7,000 worth of six per aent. perferenoe shares.
