WOMEN SUFFRAGISTS.

SEVERAL ARRESTS MADE. Received June 22, 8.30 a.m. LONDON, June 21. Mrs Kenny Billington and two other women suffragists were arrested outside Mr Asquith'a residence. They persisted in wishing to ring the door-bell and demanding a hearing. Mrs Billington was fined on a charge of assaulting the police. Several other oases wore adjourned.
