The investigations have resulted in a satisfactory report on the appeal for the legal rehabilitation of Captain Drtjyfua, who was convicted (by a secret military tri buna!) in 1894 of having divulged State secrets to a foreign power, and wal* sentenoed to penal servitude for life, but was subsequently pardoned and released.

£ The Court of Cessation will now re-open the case.
