THE TROUBLE IN AUSTRALIA.

Tbo Committee of the Melbourne Cricket Club have paused the following resolution:—"That recognising that the Marylebone Club will not send a team to Australia unless invited by all the cricketing bodies iu Australia, the Committee 1 suggests that tho composition of the Loard of Control be left in abeyance uutil the conclusiou of the crioket soason, and that the cricket bodies unite to invite the team to visit Australia, and bold a conference in May next year to decide the constitution of the Board of Control..
