COMMERCIAL.
EKETAHUNA STOCK SALE,
Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., held their fortnightly sale at Eketahuna yards yesterday, when there was a good entry of sheep, but only a few cattle. The attendance of buyers was large, and competition good, all lines with two exceptions being cleared under the hammer, and these were sold subsequently. Fat wethers reaohe'd 18s, forward wethers 15s sd, fat ewes 14s 8d to 15s, good ewes iu lamb 14s 4d, others 6s lOd, cull lambs 3s 6d to 7s, fat cows £3 5s to £4.
