REFUGEES IN THE PARKS. Received May 30, 7.57 a.m. NEW YORK, May 29. One hundred thousand refugees are' still using the parks in San Francisco. A terriflo thunderstorm flooded them out, tents and provisions' being destroyed. The places have been converted into a quagmire.
