FOOTBALL.
A match has been arranged, to take place at Wellington, on Monday next, between the Masterton Club's Junior team and the Old Boys' second fifteen. The team to represent the Masterton Club in this maioh and against the Red Stars on Saturday will be selected at the Gymnasium on Thuranay evening. A meeting of the junior members will be held at the same time to arrange to make the trip, etc., and the following are requested to attend:— Rawson, Walsh, Jackson, Niool, O'Oonnell, Dorset, Prow, Barry, O'Niell, Hunter, Harding, Langdonj MoHattie, Dauiell, Lett, Staples, Oorbett, Oornfoot, Selby, Parton, Hunley and MoLaohlan. Mr W. O. Buchanan has aooepted the position of patron of the Wairarapa Thursday Union and has donated three guineas to the funds of the Union. Mr F. C. Turnor, in accepting the position of vicepresident of the Union, has donated a guinea to the funds of the Union. WELLINGTON v. WAIRARAPA. The following team has been seleotei to represent Wellington against Wairarapa:—Full back, G. Spencer, Melrose. Three-quarters, Wallace, Poneke; Ramadan, Petonef H. D. Thomson, Old Boys. Fiveeighths, J». M'Gregor, Petone; and F. Roberts, Oriental. Halfback, A. D. Thomson, Old Boys. Wing forward, Gardiner, Old Boys. Forwards, Oalum, Poneke; Watkinß, Old Boys; J. Spencer, Melrose; W. Alexander, Old Boys; Cross, Petone; Calnan, Melrose; and Manning, Oriental. M'Gregor has been selected captain of the team.
