The Duma's * : Group of Toil," which was originally imbued with Socialism is now swamped by peasant mombers, and comprises over one hundred representatives, BOMB OUTRAGES. Received May 30, 12.42 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, May 29. Two of the men who throw the bombs during the review of the troops at Sebastopol, and who were arrested, oame from St. Petersburg. Two other men who gave the signal also oame from St. Petersburg. Six sailors wero killed. Fourteen persons were seriously injured, and 40 severely injured. Tho Military Governor had a marvellous escape. A PLOT AT SEVASTOPOL. Received May 30, 12.55 a.m. LONDON, May 29. The Odessa correspondent of the Standard states that a plot at Sebastopol airnod to murder all the officers and seize the arsenal. The military is only partially trustworthy. The fleet is wholly disaffected.
