GERMANY'S COLONIAL WAR.
THE CAPTURED HERERO CHIEF. , CAPETOWN, May 25. The Herero chief Mofenga is interned at Capetown. He declares that his capture is due to his conveying women and children, into Cape territory, which he aooomplished safely. His followers aco willing to surrender to Britain, but not to Germany. His son, Peluus, and the other chiefs will continue their campaign against the German troops in Southwest Africa.
